Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Of course, if an order has already been confirmed we will be bound by the terms and conditions that were then present.



When you place an order with the Jon Richard website you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of dispatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.

Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded via the original method of payment.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

On this website: no statement shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please see our returns policy below for further details.



All of our jewellery is designed to be worn with care and may fail if placed under undue stress. As is the nature of jewellery, gemstones may fracture if dropped and precious metals may tarnish if not looked after. It is advised you treat your designer jewellery with the care and attention it deserves.

All of our prices are in UK pounds and, in general, exclude delivery charges.  Any other currency displayed on the site is for comparison only. You will be billed in UK pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using our currency converter.

Customers outside of the UK should also note that they are responsible for all local taxes; customs charges and import duties on their order and that these are not included in the purchase price. We cannot cover these extra duties for you.

Jon Richard Ltd currently only accepts payments by credit/debit card or PayPal. 


For items bought within a multi-buy offer, the discount will be applied to the cheapest products within that basket. For example in a 3 for 2 deal, if you put 6 products in the basket, you will get the cheapest 2 out of the 6 free. 

Two discounts and promotions can not be used  together, unless other wise stated.


Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email.

If any items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you informed about your orders progress.

Once your order is packaged and despatched we will send you an order confirmation despatch email. We try to ensure that all orders are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of the order.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help in tracking your delivery.

All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to alter this delivery address once the order has been placed.


All purchases are sent to you via Royal Mail.

  • Standard UK delivery is usually 2-5 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation email.
  • Next Working Day UK delivery is guaranteed next working day by 1pm.

            Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered by the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will arrive within 2 working days. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered by Tuesday (2 working days later).

  • International EU Countries* delivery is usually 5-10 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation email.

  • International Non EU Countries* delivery is usually 5-10 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation email.

With the exception of Special Delivery items we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days has elapsed since the date of despatch. It is not until then that the Royal Mail will recognize that the parcel has been lost.

All Rainbow Club shoe purchases are sent by UPS



  • Standard UK Delivery - a fee of £2.50 will be charged for postage.
  • Express UK Delivery - a fee of £4.95 will be charged for postage.


  • EU Countries - a fee of £10.00 will be charged for postage.
  • Non EU Countries - a fee of £15.00 will be charged for postage.

If an item is needed urgently (for a birthday or wedding present etc), please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your demands or, at the very least, let you know whether or not we can!

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for redelivery. 



All personalised items will be sent via Royal Mail, Special delivery and will require a signature on arrival 

For UK mainland customers you can expect to receive your items within 10-14 working days of placing your order.

In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for redelivery. 




We are unable to process ANY returns/refunds/exchanges of items bought through JonRichard.com at any of our in-store concessions.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

We offer free returns for all UK orders. For international orders, returns will be at the customer’s expense.

Refund of delivery charges will only be given if the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned we are unable to refund the original delivery charge.

We regret that in line with current "Health & Hygiene" regulations we are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery unless the goods are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

To return items by post, please follow the instructions below:

1.  Download the Returns form.

2. Complete the Returns form, detach part 1 and enclose with your parcel.
Please note - You should retain your original despatch note received with your goods until the refund is processed. We may require the dispatch note as proof of purchase if needed.

3. Affix the free post returns label in Part 2 to the outside of your parcel.

4. Take the parcel to the Post Office and obtain a proof of postage.

Your item/s must be unused/unworn and any security tags must be in place, please return the items in the original packaging. Any items damaged in transit back to us as a result of not being sent back in the original packaging, will be sent directly back to you and will be ineligible for a refund.

Although we provide free returns, for your own benefit, when returning item/s to us, we strongly suggest you obtain proof of posting from your post office. Jon Richard is not liable for the cost of any item/s lost in transit to us.

Please allow 14 working days for refunds to appear back on your card.


We take great care when selecting and packing our items and we hope they reach you in perfect condition, however if they arrived damaged we apologise and ask you follow the above returns procedure, noting the following variations below.

When contacting us with the above information, please alos let us know if you require a refund or a replacement for your damaged item/s. 

Return the item/s in the original packaging, we understand that the item/s will arrive back damaged as described.

Please allow 14 working days for refunds to appear back on your card or 10 working days for a replacement item to be sent.


For combination purchases ("buy one, get cheapest free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund. 


Unfortunately once personalised we are unable to exchange or refund items unless faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights. For any further information please contact us.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms are deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
