2. Delivery & Postage

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re delivery.

With the exception of Express Delivery items we cannot refund or replace lost items until 10 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch. It is not until then that our courier will recognize that the parcel has been lost.

Standard UK delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery - a fee of £4.95 will be charged for postage.
  • You can expect your order to arrive usually within 2-5 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.


Express UK delivery

  • Express UK Delivery - a fee of £5.95 will be charged for postage.
  •  Order before 2.30pm and you can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours (working days) from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.


International delivery

The shipping rate will be calculated based on the actual weight of the package.

  • EU Countries - a fee of £10.00 will be charged for the first 250gms. Then additional £5 charged per each 250gms.
    International EU Countries delivery is usually 5-10 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Non EU Countries - a fee of £15.00 will be charged for the first 250gms. Then additional £5 charged per each 250gms.
    International Non EU Countries delivery is usually 10-15 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation email and is subject to customs clearance.

Note: For international orders, Post-Brexit, we offer DDU option only - Deliver Duty Unpaid. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all additional courier admin charges, Import Duty and VAT in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.

  • Admin Charge is normally imposed by the courier for clearing items through customs if applicable. This cost also covers administration, storage and handling.
  • VAT Rate is the one applicable in the country where the goods are being delivered. VAT is not due when the total value of all goods is less than a threshold. The threshold may vary from 10 EUR to 22 EUR, depending on the EU country.
  • Import Duty is not due for goods where the value does not exceed 150 EUR (£135).
