We are currently offering free standard delivery to any UK mainland address on orders over £50.00.
NOTE: items will only be dispatched in a gift box if the product is depicted in a box and/or the product description specifies a gift box is included.
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email. If any items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you informed about your orders progress. Once your order is packaged and dispatched we will send you an order confirmation dispatch email. We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help in tracking your delivery. All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to alter this delivery address once the order has been placed.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re delivery.
With the exception of Express Delivery items we cannot refund or replace lost items until 10 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch. It is not until then that our courier will recognize that the parcel has been lost.

Order before 2.30pm and you can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours (working days) from receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.
International delivery
The shipping rate will be calculated based on the actual weight of the package.
Note: For international orders, Post-Brexit, we offer DDU option only - Deliver Duty Unpaid. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all additional courier admin charges, Import Duty and VAT in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
If an item is needed urgently (for a birthday or wedding present etc.), please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your demands or, at the very least, let you know whether or not we can.
