There are five key symbols that we use in our range, all of which have a special meaning to us.
The Tree of Life
The Tree of Life is one of our most popular symbols. The tree of Life symbol has a long history across many cultures. Although each culture has their own take on the symbol, the overarching themes are of connection, growth, individuality and strength. It is seen as an inspiring, calming and grounding symbol, which can hold meaning for everyone.
Stars - Looking to the sky
Stars have always been steeped in wonder and awe, and have constantly been seen as an inspiration for humanity. The symbol has so many different meanings it is difficult to incorporate them all into one blog, but if you’re looking for a gift with meaning you can’t go wrong with a star or celestial inspired piece.
Most commonly stars are said to symbolize protection, spirituality, motivation and guidance, making them the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one.
Infinity
We use the infinity symbol a lot in our range, as we love that it represents the concept of eternity, empowerment and everlasting love. The infinity symbol also holds a deep meaning for spirituality, love, beauty, and power.

Hearts
Last but certainly not least, hearts! There’s not a lot to say on hearts that we don’t already know, as they perfectly represent the universal symbol for love and romance.
Feathers
Feathers are said to represent protection and connection, and are also seen as a symbol of flight or freedom. For many they can give a sense of hope or peace, for others they are a sign to bring our awareness back to our thoughts, feelings and emotions in the moment.
Not a symbol, but still full of meaning; Freshwater pearl
Not a symbol but a gem we love! All our pearls used in the Simply Silver range are freshwater pearls, which means they are real gemstones which come from freshwater lakes and rivers. Pearls rank among the most popular gems in the world, and as such have inspired symbolism and lore for centuries. They are believed to attract wealth and luck as well as offer protection. Known for their calming effect, pearls are said to symbolize the purity, generosity, integrity, and loyalty of its wearer.
