Reporting into the Web Manager this role will oversee a team of up to 10 Warehouse Operatives who pick, pack and process our web orders. You will support the Web Manager in organising and motivating the team to deliver a speedy turnaround on all web orders. You will oversee stock levels, respond to customer queries and drive your team to achieve a slick operation. Essential attributes - Strong communication skills - Ability to motivate a team - High levels of organisation - Experience of stock management systems - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Passion for customer service and high operational standards This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, with normal working hours of 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. However due to the nature of the business you will need to be flexible to be able to work in line with business needs to meet varying customer demands. This will involve occasional weekend and bank holiday working.
