We are unable to process ANY returns/refunds/exchanges of items bought through JonRichard.com at any of our in-store concessions.

1. Standard Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 28 days of receipt for a refund.

We offer free returns for all UK orders. For international orders, returns will be at the customer’s expense.

Refund of delivery charges will only be given if the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned we are unable to refund the original delivery charge. For all postal returns:

  • Your item/s must be unused/unworn and any security tags must still be attached. All returned items must be in the original packaging. Any items damaged in transit back to us as a result of not being sent back in the original packaging, will be sent directly back to you and will be ineligible for a refund.
  • We regret that in line with current "Health & Hygiene" regulations we are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery unless the goods are faulty.
  • Make sure the package is sealed securely.
  • Visit your local Post office to return your item(s) and ask for a receipt of postage. Although we provide free returns, for your own benefit, when returning item/s to us, we strongly suggest you obtain proof of posting from your post office. Jon Richard is not liable for the cost of any item/s lost in transit to us.

2. How do I return an item?

To return items by post, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download the Returns form here
  2. Complete the Returns form, detach part 1 and enclose with your parcel. Please note - You should retain your original dispatch note received with your goods until the refund is processed. You may require the dispatch note as proof of purchase if needed.
  3. Affix the free post returns address in Part 2 to the outside of your parcel.
  4. Take the parcel to the Post Office and obtain a proof of postage.

3. How long will it take to get my refund?

We aim to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. Please allow further 2-5 working days for your account to be credited or 2-5 working days for an exchange/replacement item to be sent.

4. Damaged Returns

Do not let your costume jewellery come into contact with perfume, hairspray, deodorants, body spray, creams and lotions. The wearing of costume jewellery whist asleep, in the shower, sauna or whilst participating in sports is not recommended.

We take great care when selecting and packing our items and we hope they reach you in perfect condition, however if they arrived damaged we apologies and ask you follow the above returns procedure, noting the following variations below.

When contacting us with the above information, please also let us know if you require a refund or a replacement for your damaged item/s.

5. Returning goods bought on special offers

For combination purchases ("buy one, get cheapest free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

6. Charity donation refund

We are unable to process refunds for charity donations. For any further information please contact us.

Unfortunately once personalized we are unable to exchange or refund items unless the item is faulty. For any further information please contact us.
