E-commerce Administrator 37.5 hours

Jon Richard is a leading ladies’ jewellery brand, operating as a concession in over 140 high street department stores, throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Middle East.An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are now looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Administrator to join our fabulous team at our Head Office in South Manchester.

This role is a heavily admin focused/data input role.

From You

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will assist with content across all e-commerce trading sites to ensure product is maximised to its full potential through planning, content and photography.

This includes:

·         Categorising products in line with company needs and guidelines in order to maximize sales on all trading sites

·         Review all on site content to be sure publish is optimised and correct in line with allocations

·         Collate and organise all samples to be submitted to photography

·         Checking and renaming of all images to use for e-commerce sales

·         Assist in submitting all completed content to relevant parties in line with critical path

·         Performing regular checks to be sure all in-stock products are available for purchase

·         Raising tickets and communicating with external teams to resolve issues on trading sites

·         Assist in managing photographers work load as well as the return of samples and images in line with the business needs

·         Checking and renaming of all images to use for ecommerce sales as well as resizing for system images

 

You must have/be:

  • Strong excel skills
  • Previous experience of providing an administration service to a busy department
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good systems and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop
  • Ability to use your own initiative
