E-commerce Product Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are now looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Product Administrator to join our fabulous team at our Head Office in South Manchester.

This role is a heavily admin focused/data input role.

From You

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will assist with content across all e-commerce trading sites to ensure product is maximised to its full potential through planning, content and photography.

This includes:

  • Categorising products in line with company needs and guidelines in order to maximize sales on all trading sites
  • Review all on site content to be sure publish is optimised and correct in line with allocations
  • Collate and organise all samples to be submitted to photography
  • Checking and renaming of all images to use for e-commerce sales
  • Assist in submitting all completed content to relevant parties in line with critical path
  • Performing regular checks to be sure all in-stock products are available for purchase
  • Raising tickets and communicating with external teams to resolve issues on trading sites
  • Assist in managing photographers work load as well as the return of samples and images in line with the business needs
  • Checking and renaming of all images to use for ecommerce sales as well as resizing for system images

You must have/be:

  • Previous experience of providing an administration service to a busy department
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good systems and computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop
  • Ability to use your own initiative

Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and fashion conscious Customer Service Administrator, based at our Head Office in South Manchester.

The Role
Main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer all incoming calls to main switchboard, providing initial information and ensuring that all callers are put through to the appropriate part of the business.
  • Take full responsibility for any customer service phone calls/enquiries, ensuring efficient follow up - via all web channels, stores, social media.
  • Ensure that all callers feel valued and prioritized and, where colleagues are not available, take messages and provide follow up.
  • Process customer returns/refunds on relevant system and reconciliation.
  • Working with external partners customer service departments in partnership to resolve customer issues.
  • Be instrumental in building a full tracking system for all customer service.

From You
You must have/be:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Must be computer literate with accurate and proficient keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be competent and efficient at keeping databases up to date
  • Be able to multi-task and work happily in a busy environment
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Must have Maths and English GCSE or higher A Level qualification
