How do I use a promotional code?
Upon checkout you will have the option to add a promotional code, simply enter the code exactly as it has been printed and you will receive the discount stated*. *Terms and conditions will apply.

How does the Gift Voucher work?
When you purchases a Gift Voucher, you are required to submit Voucher Value, Recipient Name, Your Name, Personal Message, Delivery Date and the Recipient Email address.
The recipient receives an email on the delivery date, which lets them know that they have a voucher to redeem and a link to the gift voucher section of their account with further details. Upon receiving this email,

  • Login/Sign-up an account on our website using the email address that the voucher notification was sent to.
  • Click “Your Gift Vouchers”.
  • Click “Add to e-wallet” to activate the voucher.

Once the voucher has been activated, the amount of the voucher will be added to the recipient's e-wallet which can be used against a purchase on our website. Terms and conditions will apply, see Gift Vouchers page.

Can the Gift Voucher be used in store?
Unfortunately Gift Vouchers bought on JonRichard.com can only be used on JonRichard.com and cannot be used in store, see Gift Vouchers page.

How do I know if you have received my order?
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. This is NOT confirmation of despatch, please check the order details and contact us immediatly if there are any mistakes.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the delivery method you have chose upon checkout, please see our Delivery Details page.

Which courier will my package arrive with?
At present, we only offer delivery via Royal Mail.

I have received a wrong item in my order. What do I do?
