If you receive and item and it is damaged, please send it back to us by following the instructions on our Returns Policy.
Please contact us immediately by email, if the order has not been processed we will try to cancel. However, if the order has already been processed we are unable to cancel. Instead, you will have to return the order back to us for a full refund.

Your item/s must be unused/unworn and any security tags must still be attached. We regret that in line with current "Health & Hygiene" regulations we are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery unless the goods are faulty.
We aim to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. Please allow further 2-5 working days for your account to be credited or 2-5 working days for an exchange/replacement item to be sent.

To bring back sparkle to stones, wash in warm soapy water, rinsing in clean water. Avoid contact with chemicals including chlorine and bleach. Store carefully in a cool dry place.
