How do I use a promotional code?

Upon checkout you will have the option to add a promotional code, simply enter the code exactly as it has been printed and you will receive the discount stated*. *Terms and conditions will apply.

Do you offer student discount?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer discounts for Students, but it is something we are looking into, so keep an eye on the site.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment from all major payment cards including, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. If you have any difficulties with payment, please contact us.

   

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

How do I know if you have received my order?

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. This is NOT confirmation of dispatch, please check the order details and contact us immediately if there are any mistakes.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the delivery method you have chosen upon checkout; please see our Delivery Details page.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If you are waiting for a delivery in the UK and you are not in when our courier has tried to deliver, they will normally leave a note for you to go and collect the parcel from your local sorting office. If you fail to collect the parcel within 30 days they will send it back to us. You will then need to pay to have the parcel redelivered.

I have received a wrong item in my order. What do I do?

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If you receive and item and it is damaged, please send it back to us by following the instructions on our Returns Policy

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately via phone, if the order has not been processed we will try to cancel, however if the order has already been processed we are unable to cancel. Instead you will have to return the order back to us for a full refund.

How do I return an item?

We have a free post return process; please see our Returns Policy page.

Can I return earrings?

Your item/s must be unused/unworn and any security tags must still be attached. We regret that in line with current "Health & Hygiene" regulations we are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery unless the goods are faulty.

Have you received my item?

We aim to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will be notified via email when we have processed the refund. Please allow further 2-5 working days for your account to be credited or 2-5 working days for an exchange/replacement item to be sent.

Can I return an item to store?

Unfortunately we are unable to carry out refunds or exchanges in any of our stores, please see our Returns Policy page for how to return your item.

Does my item come with a box? Can I get a gift box?

Items will only be dispatched in a gift box if the product is depicted in a box and/or the product description specifies a gift box is included. Gift boxes are available for purchase. 

How do I stop my items from tarnish

Do not let your costume jewellery come into contact with perfume, hairspray, deodorant, body spray, creams and lotions. The wearing of costume jewellery whilst asleep, in the shower, bath, sauna or whilst participating in sport is not recommended. 

To keep you Sterling Silver jewellery looking beautiful we recommend you use a high quality cleaning cloth and avoid the use of silver dips.

To bring back sparkle to stones, wash in warm soapy water, rinsing in clean water. Avoid contact with chemicals including chlorine and bleach. Store carefully in a cool dry place.
