Concession Manager
Our Concession Managers are responsible for maximising the sales potential and profitability of their concession. This will be done through the effective management of their team and product ranges, as well as ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained at all times. Key skills and responsibilities include; sales and customer service skills, concession administration and general housekeeping with full control over staffing, stocks and weekly targets. Previous retail experience is vital, preferably within a managerial or supervisory role.
