FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PURCHASES OVER £40 (Excluding Rainbow Club)
We are currently offering free standard delivery to any UK mainland address for purchases of £40 or over.
Simply spend £40 or more and upon checkout the standard delivery charge will automatically be removed.
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email.
If any items are out of stock we will inform you via email as soon as possible and will keep you informed about your orders progress.
Once your order is packaged and despatched we will send you an order confirmation despatch email. We try to ensure that all orders are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help in tracking your delivery.
All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to alter this delivery address once the order has been placed.
All purchases (excluding Rainbow Club) are sent to you via Royal Mail.
Standard UK* delivery is usually 2-5 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation email.
Signed For UK* delivery is usually 2-3 working days from receiving your despatch confirmation email.
With the exception of Special Delivery items we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days has elapsed since the date of despatch. It is not until then that the Royal Mail will recognize that the parcel has been lost.
All Rainbow Club purchases are sent by UPS
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any address outside the United Kingdom.
For orders of £40 and over we are currently offering FREE standard delivery (excluding Rainbow Club)
Standard UK Delivery - a fee of £2.50 will be charged for postage.
Signed For UK Delivery - a fee of £3.50 will be charged for postage.
Rainbow Club Delivery - a fee of £4.50 will be charged for postage.
If an item is needed urgently (for a birthday or wedding present etc), please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your demands or, at the very least, let you know whether or not we can!
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for redelivery.
