Concession Manager

Jon Richard is a leading jewellery brand, operating as a concession in 120 department stores throughout the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. We are now looking for exceptional staff to join us, people who will reflect a passion for our jewellery and deliver a great experience to our customer.

Role:

• A tenacious and confident People Manager, driven by the chance to lead and motivate your team to make a difference to the success of our company. 
• Ideally previous retail experience within a fashion background. 
• A passion for our products we sell will be unprecedented. 
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a unique shopping experience making the customer feel fabulous. 
• Must be able to liaise with head office and store management on a daily basis. 
• We encourage and support our managers to be self motivated, innovative and driven to achieve targets. 
• Duties will include promoting sales of jewellery items, merchandising, customer service, serving customers, cash handling, ordering stock, general housekeeping.
